John Helme   Tim Mason
John Helme is a co-founder and Director of Brackenbury in London in 1996 and Brackenbury Australia in 2001.

He is MD of Allans Music Group Australia. He has 25 years retail experience in Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Previously John has held a number of senior retail management roles including Retail General Manager for Mobil Oil Australia, Group Supply Chain Director for Sears plc (Europe), Buying Director for Olympus, and various senior management roles at Boots The Chemists (UK).

John has worked extensively with many leading retail organizations as a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG.
  Tim Mason is a co-founder and Director of Brackenbury in Australia.

Previously Tim was a partner of KPMG (Melbourne) where he was Leader of KMPG Australia’s Consumer Markets Industry Group and was Chairman of the Consumer Markets Group for Asia Pacific.

Tim has worked in Audit, Consulting and Corporate Recovery in both the UK and Australian practices.

He has been involved in an extensive variety of insolvency, reconstruction, profit improvement and corporate recovery engagements and advised many retail and consumer businesses at varying stages of their development.
 
 
Peter Denison   Bruce Hutchins    
Peter Denison is the CFO and IT Manager for the Brackenbury Group.

Peter joined Brackenbury in November 2005.

Prior to joining Brackenbury, Peter was the National Operations Manager at Kodak Australasia Retail heading up some 150 retail outlets with a team in excess of a 1000.

With professional disciplines in commerce and IT, Peter possess both a wealth of knowledge and experience across all facets of retailing.
  Bruce Hutchins is the MD of Great British Apparel.

Bruce commenced his career in Investment Banking and moved his skills to the Textile Clothing and Footwear industry in 1989.
Since this time, Bruce has held senior positions in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail sector in Melbourne, New York and Sydney.

He has worked in a variety of positions which include, Merchandise Planning, Product Development, Wholesale Sales, Management Consulting, Financial Management and General Management.
In 2007, Bruce successfully launched the Jeff Banks brand in Australia and was awarded Myer supplier of the year during 2008.

Bruce has work with well respected industry leaders such as Country Road, Gruppo GFT, Georges, Belinda and established New York based Randa Accessories JV Company in 2002.

With 20 years experience in apparel and key relationships forged with Myer, David Jones and Independent Retailers, Great British Apparel are well placed to make a significant impact in the Australian marketplace.
