Our Investments

 

Established in 2001, Brackenbury has been an active and successful investor in a variety of retail and consumer businesses in Australia.

 

We have been involved at all stages in the life of investments from start up, growth funding, restructuring to divestments. Since establishment, we have completed four acquisitions and mergers, established two start ups and successfully divested several of our business investments.

 

We are not a formal venture capital fund but draw from our own private equity resources and those of our partner investors, including vendor financing in order to invest in our businesses.

 

Venture partnering, aided by strong cash flows from our investee businesses and minimal debt financing have characterised our investments.
