Undertook an operations review of a 400 store retail network. This identified operational improvement and cost reduction opportunities. Subsequently provided ongoing support to management to implement. 

International lifestyle brand

Developed budget model and 3 year business plan for client who was seeking additional finance from lenders to support major international growth plans 

Hungarian Department stores 

On behalf of a merchant bank that was managing the privatisation of Hungary’s largest retailer, led a multi disciplinary team to advise on areas of operational and performance improvement.

New Zealand Footwear Group 

Conducted an operational and financial review of the business which led to a significant restructuring and focusing of the business. Produced business plan and detailed budgets to help facilitate the transition.
