Conducted an organisation review of this client’s 200 strong merchandise and marketing functions. This involved detailed activity analysis, identification of core competencies and redefinition of job roles and responsibilities.

Acquisitive Retail Group 

Following acquisition of a 50+ store national retail chain, implemented a comprehensive HR strategy and installed newly recruited HR team. New HR systems, performance management process, learning and development programs and “Breakthrough” culture program helped transform the business into a high performing and successful acquisition.

Merged Retail and wholesale Group 

Following merger of two businesses with different cultures and styles, guided the organisation through necessary management changes, defined the new group’s Employment brand, secured new talent and shaped ongoing values and behaviours of the new organisation.
