Leading Toiletries manufacturer 

Developed a new consumer and trade packaging strategy. Drawing heavily from retail and consumer feedback, the strategy helped to significantly reduce packaging costs and waste.

Mobile phone retailer 

Established a model stock and replenishment system to dramatically improve this newly acquired retailer’s inventory management. Immediate improvements to stock availability, sales and stock obsolescence were achieved.
