Following divestment of a national retail chain with no standalone IT systems from a parent, implemented within 6 months new ERP, POS, CRM, comms network and VOIP systems.
UK Department Store chain
Prepared Board proposal for implementation of new merchandise management system. In particular developed the business case to support significant investment required.
Retail and Wholesale Group
Following merger with another retail Group, managed the migration to one POS system across merged store networks. Subsequently integrated disparate ERP, merchandise, stock and customer databases into single IT environment. Thus enabled significant process efficiencies in both back and front ends of the merged organisation.
Retail Chain IT optimisation
Led a team which restructured the existing IT system and surrounding processes to enable the reform of outmoded practices, significant productivity improvements and enhanced reporting
